NPC Former Archerian Government Minster

Ro'chor was the Archerian Minster of Science and the Archerian responsible for the earthquakes that hit Archerian IV. Considered to be extremely smart and intelligent, it was Ro'chor's plot to drive a wedge in Federation and Archerian relations. He would of been successful, as well if not for the efforts of the Pacifica and it's crew who managed to reveal his plot to the Archerian government who quickly moved against Ro'chor and arrested him for the murder of governor Thorlack and crimes against the Archerian people.
