General Overview:

Luke has always been a team player, playing football when growing up on earth becoming team captain in his last year helped Luke grow as a leader. It is these two abilities that makes him the good marine that he is.

When he his off duty Luke likes to spend some of his time keeping to himself weather it be in the gym or in his quarters. He does however like to spend time with his friends as well and will often socialise with them when he has the free time.

Strengths & Weaknesses:

Luke has many strengths which he has picked up in his time in the marines from being good in a tight spot to keeping people calm.

Luke doesnt like seeing innocent people especially children getting hurt and will always step in and get involved if he sees this happening even if it goes against orders.

Ambitions:

Luke hopes that he has a long and distinguished career in Starfleet's Marine Corps. He would one day like to take to the big chair and get his own command. Luke also hopes to start a family one day in the future.

Hobbies & Interests:

Luke likes to spend time in bars watching people and how the communicate plus he likes spending time on the holodeck fighting in many battles along side many great klingon warriors such as Kahless.

History

Childhood & Early Life

Luke was born in the state of Florida in the United States of America. He grew up working with his old man who ran and operated one of the best Italian restaurants in Miami. His father through the restaurants sponsored Luke�s little league football team and was a regular spectator on the sidelines. Luke grew up playing football but he also managed to get good grades throughout his education.

Starfleet Academy

After finishing up at school Luke became interesting in applying to join Starfleet Academy, he spent a number of months looking at different career opportunities in Starfleet and eventually decided on joining up to the Marine Core where he hoped to become an officer. Luke excelled under the watchful eye of his drill instructors and showed them he was more than capable when handle a wide range of weapons. Luke also took a liking to piloting which he was naturally gifted at. He trained successfully as both a pilot and soldier for three years before deciding to fully concentrate on becoming a soldier.

Starfleet Career

After graduating from the Marine Academy Luke received his first posting on the USS Prelude a Starfleet research vessel. While this wasn't an ideal posting for a marine Luke took it in his stride and took the opportunity to learn from the small number of marines around him, many of whom had served in the recently ended Dominion War.

He served as a valuable member of the Prelude's crew for just over three years when he was offered a position on the USS Bengal as Deputy Detachment Commander. Luke accepted the position and was promoted to the rank of First Lieutenant as transferred to the Akira Class vessel, where he continued to prove himself as a marine and as an officer.

After two years of excellent service to the Bengal and it's crew Luke was offered command of the Marine detachment on the USS Pacifica after the depature of First Lieutenant Dorn from the position. Luke happily took up this new and transferred out to the USS Pacifica.
