OOC Notes

• The Rikan Campaign ran for a total of 9 missions starting with The Zone and finishing with Pacification.
• The Rikan Pirates operated without a name for the first three missions of the story arc, the pirates were eventually named the Rikan Pirate Group by Commodore Butterworth and Commander Polaris.
• The Rikan's were based heavily off of the Jayian Pirates originally used by the crew of Deep Space 12. Commodore Harper of DS12 assisted in the initial setup of the Rikan group during the R&R mission at DS12.
