	Natalie Young	Assistant Chief Operations Officer	Francine Hart	A young veteran of the USS Pacifica’s Operations Department Lieutenant Natalie Young serves as the Pacifica’s Assistant Chief Operations Officer under Lieutenant Commander Francine Hart. She is a dedicated up and coming officer who is able to work well under pressure and has proven herself to be highly capable and reliable. Quiet and thoughtful in nature Young’s work is often overlooked by those around her but she has nevertheless established herself as a mainstay in her department and is highly respected by her peers.
